The customer arrives at the office, goes to multimedia kiosk, click the service he/she wants to be attended and the kiosk issues a ticket with a number or any other programmed code.
There may also be a welcome desk to issue tickets to customers.
With ticket in hand, the customer goes to the waiting room where he/she sits and waits to be called.
When a customer is called from a counter, the ticket number is displayed on the monitor in waiting room and a sound beeps.
The sound played can be a bell or a synthesized message.
The customers can be call with a simple click from the counter’s terminal. It is a simple web interface so that it can be used from a computer or a simple Tablet, no matter the operating system or the internet browser used.
